Restaurant ordering and POS

The problem

Restaurants in Bangladesh lose sales when the connection drops at the counter, and VAT invoices have to follow the national Mushak format. This system keeps taking orders offline, syncs them without duplicates, and prints compliant bills.

What it does

• A public website with the menu, delivery or pickup ordering, table bookings and opening hours
• A tablet till that works offline and syncs without double orders: tables, takeaway, split bills, cash, card, bKash and Nagad
• A kitchen screen with ticket timers
• Staff PIN sign-in with limited access, an action trail and an end-of-day cash report
• VAT settings with Mushak-6.3 invoices and receipt-printer output
