AI order-confirmation calls
An order-event API that turns a new cash-on-delivery order into a phone call, and the call’s answer back into a confirmed or cancelled order.

The problem
Cash-on-delivery shops lose money on fake and unconfirmed orders, and calling every customer by hand does not scale. A shop sends its order events to the API; the service calls the customer in Bangla, records the answer, retries politely and reports the result back by webhook.
What it does
- An order-event API that never calls twice for the same order and can cancel a pending call
- Keypad-response calls with Bangla text-to-speech, amounts read out as Bengali words
- Retries on a schedule that respects quiet hours, with per-customer do-not-disturb
- Signed webhooks with retries and a dead-letter queue
- A merchant app: stores, products, FAQs, customers with CSV import, call logs with recordings and credits
- An operator dashboard with step-by-step traces of every order and why calls failed
- Integration docs written for AI coding assistants
- Conversion analytics and A/B testing of call scripts
- Shopify and WooCommerce plugins
- Agents for failed payments and inbound calls
- More countries and languages
